C новым годом, or Happy New Year. That is what the Alphens Cossacks Choir wishes all visitors to this website.

Happiness, health and prosperity to all of you.

The choir hopes to return to many places in 2017, so that people can enjoy the beautiful Russian Orthodox music and the cheerful Cossack songs.

The Cossacks sang along on Saturday 6 June 2015 at the Volkorenfestival in Middelburg. All the seats were occupied with the performance in the garden hall of the Kloveniersdoelen as well as in the large Koorkerk in Middelburg, which is great fun for a choir.

The audience enjoyed our beautiful Russian Orthodox repertoire as well as some Cossack songs. Also this time the Ukrainian-Russian violinist Anna Samoilova provided a nice accompaniment.

168 choirs participated in the festival with thousands of singers and thousands of listeners. The Middelburg catering industry eventually sang the highest song ....
